PROCESSING TIME: orders may take up to 1 week to ship!

SHIPPING ORIGIN: all items are shipped from california, united states

STANDARD DELIVERY TIME:

• usa: 2 to 5 business days
• international: 2 to 4 business weeks.

TRACKING: all orders include a tracking number unless otherwise stated in the shipping option (e.g., stickers)

STICKERS SHIPPING: when you select the STICKERS shipping option, your order will be mailed in a stamped letter envelope. tracking information is not available with this option. if you choose the STICKERS shipping option and your order contains items other than stickers, you will be invoiced for additional shipping fees.

LOST PACKAGE: if your order does not arrive within the standard shipping time, please email zhyphenth(a)gmail.com

INCORRECT ADDRESS: please make sure your address is correct during checkout.
> if your order is not marked as shipped yet, email zhyphenth(a)gmail.com with your order information and new address so i can make the change asap.
> if your order has already been shipped, i will not send replacement orders due to an incorrectly entered address.

CUSTOMS FEE: all orders shipped to addresses outside of the united states can be subject to customs fees set by your country's regulations. please check your country's customs policy for additional information. these fees are separate from the shipping fees you pay during checkout. it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs fees they incur.
